In fact, opening all the gorgeously wrapped presents the day after our wedding is still one of my fondest memories with my husband. One of my love language is gifts so anytime someone goes out of their way to pick out something just for me, wraps it, and gives it to me I feel so loved and so happy. Just the thought of it gets me excited!

2. Date Night
A gift card might seem impersonal, but it’s actually one of the most practical gifts you can give a newlywed couple. This means that they will dress up, grab a bite to eat, have some great conversations, connect and maybe come home for some… well, you know. This is setting them up to get in the habit of date nights, which should never stop by the way!
